With a 30-year history of academic excellence and a rich array of time-honored traditions, the College is embracing the future as well as the past with a new name and a bold new direction.
The new name follows the College’s recent decision to adopt new courses and new premises in the fall of 2007.
Recently, the Board of Trustees convened to consider the group’s recommendations. The overwhelming desire of all constituencies to preserve a part of our historic name influenced our decision greatly. The Board of Trustees voted unanimously to adopt the name MKC City College Larnaca.
We feel, as so many of you do, that this name preserves and our legacy, maintains continuity with our storied past, and positions us well for the future.

MKC City College Larnaca Training Center arranges specialized courses tailored to your business needs from tourism and hospitality marketing to customer psychology and effective communication between management and employees but our remit need not stop there - we can provide specialized language courses, English for finance, business, banking, etc.
We also prepare our citizens for careers in local government and the private sector. It also fulfills the needs of young learners - developing their computer skills and furthering their competence in the use of English.
